The strategy I have developed focuses on three main areas. Firstly, to alert the local community through hard-hitting and inclusive communication, highlighting the geographical proximity between the two sites. Secondly, to unveil a new brand identity that reflects D\u00e9cathlon's values of modernity and conviviality, thanks to attractive visuals and partnerships with local influencers.
